At Heir Couture, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and beautifully packaged.

Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Please note:

Personalised or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
During collection launches, promotional periods, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Personalised Orders

Personalised and custom-made items are carefully created to order and may take approximately 7–14 business days before dispatch, depending on the item and current order volume.

If your order contains both personalised and non-personalised items, your order may be shipped together once all items are completed.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.

International Shipping

Heir Couture may offer international shipping to selected countries.

International shipping timeframes and costs vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Heir Couture is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international postal services.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

Heir Couture is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Delayed, Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, Heir Couture is not liable for delays caused by postal carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping provider first using your tracking number.

While we will always do our best to assist, Heir Couture is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen parcels marked as delivered
Delivery delays once the parcel has been handed to the courier
Parcels left unattended at delivery addresses

We recommend selecting a secure delivery address.

Damaged Parcels

We pack our products with love and care in specifically designed boxes for our products, however, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Photographs of the packaging and damaged item(s)

We will review each matter on a case-by-case basis and work with you to reach an appropriate resolution.

Please note that once a parcel has been delivered in accordance with an Authority to Leave request, Heir Couture cannot accept responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, or deterioration that may occur after delivery while the parcel is unattended at the delivery address.

Shipping Promotions

From time to time, Heir Couture may offer free shipping promotions or discounted shipping offers.

These promotions:

Are valid for limited times only
Cannot be applied retrospectively
May be subject to minimum spend requirements
